Time of delivery is normally 1-3 business days within Sweden. Shipping outside Sweden is depending on the country of destination. We always offer an open purchase of 14 days after receiving your jewellery.

Time of delivery is normally 1-3 business days within Sweden. Shipping outside Sweden is depending on the country of destination.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after your order is placed, and thereafter a second email with a tracking number.
There are no charges for shipping within Sweden. Within Europe the charges are 150 SEK and outside Europe the charges are 300 SEK. However, we offer free shipping on all international orders if the orders exceed 4000 SEK.
The return freight is always paid by the customer. Make sure to return your package with a tracking number as we don’t hold responsibilities for any lost packages.
Should your jewellery be damaged or defected in any way, please contact us at info@ninasthlm.com before sending a claim or compliant back for further instructions.

Returns & Exchanges
It is important for us that you will be satisfied with your jewellery. Therefore we always give you an open purchase of 14 days after you have received your jewellery. The only requirement is that the product is returned in its original condition with the original packaging. You are responsible of the shipping costs when returning your package.

We will refund your money to your credit card you used for the payment as soon as we have received the package. Please note that a refund to a credit card may take up to 3 business days.
